Chicken pasta in cream sauce

paste, 300-400 g
chicken fillet, 300 g
cream, 400 ml (10%)
cheese, 50 g
wine, 50 ml (white dry)
garlic, 2 cloves
black pepper, (ground)

How to cook pasta with chicken in a creamy sauce

Heat a vegetable oil in a large pan (not too much), put chopped garlic (it is better to crush it with the back of a knife and chop finely).
Finely chop the chicken fillet and add to the pan to the garlic, fry, stirring, on all sides, pepper and salt, 3-5 min, pour the wine, stew another 5-8 min, pour the cream, stew another 5-7 min, stirring, until the cream thickens.

Boil pasta until cooked, discard in a colander, allow excess water to drain.

Grate cheese.

Put the pasta in a pan, mix, sprinkle with basil or other herbs fresh or dried (optional) and grated cheese, warm for another 2-3 minutes until it melts under a lid.

Serve pasta hot immediately after cooking.
