Christmas bagels

Ingredients

Flour – 150 grams
Butter – 140 grams
Vanilla Sugar – 60 grams
Ground Almonds – 60 grams
Vanilla pod – 1 piece
Powdered Sugar – 35 grams

How to make bagels

Preheat oven to 170-175 degrees C.
Beat with a mixer the butter and half the vanilla sugar until foam.
Remove the seeds from the vanilla pod and mix them with flour and ground almonds..
Add butter and sugar to the resulting mixture and beat until smooth..
Split small pieces from the resulting dough and form bagels.
Put the resulting bagels on a baking dish, do not forget to leave a distance between them.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove bagels from the oven and let them cool..
Mix the remaining vanilla sugar and icing powder. Sprinkle bagels with the resulting mixture.
