Butter – 100 grams
Eggs – 2 pieces
Dark Chocolate – 100 grams
Sugar – 70 grams
Flour – 50 grams
Raspberries – 100 grams
Ice cream – 100 grams gram
Peanut Butter – 2 Tbsp
How to make a chocolate cake with raspberries and ice cream
Let the ice melt. Put in a blender bowl with peanut butter and beat until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 25 minutes
Mix melted butter with sugar and eggs.
Melt the chocolate and add to the oil mixture, mix.
Pour in flour and knead the dough..
Add raspberries and mix.
Pour the dough into portioned molds or 1 large form. Oven for approximately 20 – 25 minutes.
Serve a warm cake with your favorite ice cream and fresh raspberries..
