Brownie trifle with raspberries and ice cream

INGREDIENTS

For brownie

1/2 cup flour
250 g dark chocolate
150 g butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of cognac (optional)

For filing

2 cups raspberries (fresh frozen berries can be used)
160 ml cream with a fat content of 35%
250 ml chocolate ice cream
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cocoa

How to make brownie raffle with raspberry ice cream

Cut the butter into small pieces, break the chocolate. Put butter and chocolate in a saucepan and melt over low heat without boiling. Remove the mixture from the heat, pour in cognac and mix. Cool.
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt into a light foam and mix with the cooled chocolate mixture. Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture and stir quickly.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Lubricate a baking dish with a size of 20×20 cm, pour the dough and smooth the surface with a spatula. Bake for 20 minutes until the cake becomes baked at the edges and slightly jerking in the middle. Allow to cool in shape, the brownies will settle slightly, then remove them from the mold and cut into small cubes.
Whip cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks and set aside for a little dessert.
Put half brownie in glasses, add half raspberries, ice cream and cream. Lay the brownies again, repeat the layers.
Top with whipped cream, sprinkle cocoa and serve the triple to the table.
