Pasta with Bolognese Sauce

According to this recipe, you will learn how to cook delicious pasta with Bolognese sauce – a traditional dish of Italian cuisine. Not just like that, all over the world they love Italian cuisine very much: it is simple, without any frills, but at the same time many of the dishes in it differ in simply unearthly taste! tomato, 250 gr
pasta, 200 gr (spaghetti or any other)
onion, 150 gr
garlic, 2 cloves
wine (red) 3 tablespoons
tomato paste, 2 tablespoons
sugar, 1 teaspoon
basil, (dried)

How to make pasta with bolognese sauce

Finely chop the onion and garlic, chop the tomatoes in a blender.
Stuff the minced meat in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and fry over medium heat until cooked..

Put garlic and onions in a frying pan for minced meat, fry for 3 minutes, add tomatoes and tomato paste, greens, red wine and sugar there, mix well and cook over medium heat for another 2-3 minutes, stirring.

Next, cover the sauce with a lid and simmer for another 15 minutes.

In salted water, until ready to boil the spaghetti, drain the water, put them in a colander, then put back into the pan and drizzle with olive oil.

Spaghetti spread on plates and pour the prepared bolognese sauce, serving.
