500 g of spaghetti and shrimp

100 ml of olive oil and dry white wine

50 g peeled pistachios

20 g of parsley, butter and tomato paste

10 g of wheat flour

4 cloves of garlic

1 chili pepper, celery stalk, carrot, onion and clove bud


How to Cook Spaghetti with Shrimp and Pistachios

Put the unpeeled shrimp in salted boiling water and boil for 5 minutes, lay in a colander, clean from shells, keeping them.

Put the shells in a small saucepan, pour in olive oil, fry, adding chopped onions, carrots and celery for 5 minutes, add coarsely chopped garlic and tomato paste, fry for another min.

Pour wine into a pan to shells with vegetables, evaporate it almost completely, pour in 1 liter of water, put cloves, add salt and boil the broth for 20 minutes, then strain it.

Combine a third of the broth prepared on the shells with 3 liter of water, add salt, bring to a boil and put spaghetti, boil them in an al dente state, put them in a colander.

Heat the butter in a large pan, fry the flour for 3-4 minutes, stirring, pour the remaining shrimp broth and boil until the sauce thickens.

Put spaghetti, shrimp in a sauce, chopped seedless chili, chopped pistachios and herbs, stirring, warm for a minute, then serve the dish to the table.
