Chicken and Mushroom Pasta

Favorite pasta … It is such a pleasant epithet that all lovers of Italian cuisine and this dish directly characterize it. Learning how to cook pasta is for everyone who is not ready to spend a lot of time at the stove, but at the same time wants to pleasantly surprise loved ones with incredibly tasty food!

The main ingredients:
pasta, chicken, mushrooms, cream, onion

Cooking time: 40 minutes


pasta, 200 g
chicken fillet, 200 g
mushrooms, 150 g (any)
cream, 150 ml (from 10%)
onion, 1 pc.
vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons
black pepper

How to cook pasta with chicken and mushrooms

Chicken fillet into small pieces – about 2-4 cm in size.
Put the fillet in a pan with hot oil, fry, pepper and salt, after 5 minutes add chopped onion or half rings onion.

Rinse the mushrooms and cut them across into beautiful pieces.

Add the mushrooms to the chicken, mix and fry until ready and evaporate the liquid from the mushrooms for about another 15-20 minutes, stirring.

Pour the cream to the chicken with mushrooms, mix, simmer everything together over low heat for another 5min.

Next, add the pasta to the pan, mix and darken together for another 5 minutes, then the dish can be served. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

The cooking time will depend on the mushrooms selected..
