Delicate vanilla cake

4 eggs at room temperature, divided into proteins and yolks
1 tablespoon of water
150 g sugar
125 g butter, melt
115 gr flour
500 ml of warm milk
2 teaspoons vanillin

How to make a gentle vanilla cake

Beat the whites to steady peaks.
In a separate bowl, beat the yolks with sugar, water and vanilla. Then add the melted butter and continue whisking for another minute. Pour in flour and mix.
Pour in milk (it’s warm, otherwise the butter will harden) and whisk until smooth..
Gently enter the squirrels.
Pour the dough into a mold (20 x 20 cm), oiled (do not use the mold with a removable bottom, because the dough is too thin and may leak out). Bake in preheated to 160 degrees for about 60 minutes until golden brown. Cool straight in shape for at least 3 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving.
