Pork tenderloin with plums and sweet pepper

Very simple and effective dish! Great recipe for dinner – Bon appetit!
Main ingredients

pork tenderloin 500 gr
garlic 2 cloves
onion 2 pcs.
bell pepper 2 pcs.
plums 6 pcs.
red wine 200 ml

For cooking, you need to take strong plums, otherwise they will lose their shape when extinguished.

How to cook pork tenderloin with plums and sweet pepper

Cut the pork into small pieces, beat off slightly. Finely chop the garlic, chop the onion rings. Put everything on a plate, salt, pepper. Cover and put in a cool dough for 1 hour.
Sweet bell pepper cut into slices, remove seeds from plums. Fry the pork until golden brown and put on a plate. In the same pan, brown the onions, add pepper and plum, cook for 3 minutes. Return the meat to the pan, pour wine. Salt, pepper to taste. Stew 10 minutes.

Tip – you can replace pork with lamb
