Small beef rolls with sweet pepper

400 grams of beef tenderloin
1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper
1 cm ginger root
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
olive oil
sesame

1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
1 small clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

How to cook beef rolls with sweet pepper

To make the meat easy to cut into thin slices, put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

With a sharp knife, cut the beef tenderloin across the fibers into 3 mm slices and beat them lightly. Peel and ginger on a fine grater. Mix with lemon juice, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Brush the meat with this marinade and leave for 10 minutes.

At this time, cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and cut into long strips. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry pepper, 3-4 minutes. It should lightly brown, but remain crispy. For sauce, heat honey and soy sauce in a saucepan, add chili sauce and rice vinegar. Put the grated ginger and chopped garlic. Leave for 15 minutes, then strain and pour sesame oil.

Fry the meat in a grill pan, for 1.5 minutes. from each side. Put on each piece a few strips of fried pepper and wrap in a roll, season with a skewer. Serve warm rolls with sauce.
