Beef rump steak

How to cook a delicious beef rump steak in a pan – you can proudly serve such a dish on the festive table, or please them with loved ones at lunch or dinner.

Choose the fillet back of beef for rump steaks, if it is not possible to buy the back fillet, then other pieces of meat without bone with fat streaks are suitable.

How to cook beef rump steak

Rinse meat, remove films and tendons, dry with paper towels.
Pieces of meat should be portioned – the size of a palm and a thickness of about 2cm, cut across the fibers.

To beat off the meat with a kitchen hammer on both sides, not too much – do not violate the integrity of the meat.

Grate meat with pepper and salt, you can also use a variety of seasonings, leave for 20 minutes to marinate.

Beat eggs with milk and butter for a leeson, adding 1-2 tablespoons of water as well – the mass should turn out to be homogeneous, slightly cream.

Dip each piece of meat in the season, then brew on all sides in breadcrumbs and put in a pan with hot butter – 2 tablespoons, fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown for 4 minutes on each side.

Put the rump steaks in a baking dish, put in the oven heated to 200 degrees for another 10 minutes.

Serve the cooked beef rump steaks to the table hot with garnishes to taste.

You need to fry the rump steaks until clear juice stands out when piercing the meat.
