Breakfast burger

Breakfast time – prepare a delicious and mouth-watering burger!
Ingredients for Burgers:

Pork meat (minced meat) – 500 grams
Bacon – 8 pieces
Medium egg – 4 pieces
Mushrooms – 150 grams
Onions – 0.5 pieces
Ketchup – 2 tablespoons
Worcester sauce – 1 tablespoon
Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Parsley – 3 tablespoons

To submit:
Flat buns – 2 pieces
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper – to taste

How to make a burger

Chop the onion finely. Cut the buns in half.
In a large frying pan, heat the oil and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes until soft. Transfer to a large bowl.
Add onions, ketchup, Worcester sauce, minced meat, parsley, salt and pepper to the mushrooms, mix everything very well.
Divide the minced meat into 4 parts, from each form a flat burger. Fry burgers in a pan over medium heat for 15–18 minutes, periodically turning.
Sauté the bacon until golden and crunch. Dry on a paper towel. Break the eggs into an empty pan, fry so that the protein sets, and the yolk remains liquid. Serve burgers by laying bacon and egg on top.
