Fish with Leek Sauce

Leek – 2 pieces
Milk – 200 milliliters

Garlic – 1 clove

How to cook cod with sauce

Boil water in a saucepan. Cut the white part of the leek into rings, dip in boiling water for 15 seconds, then transfer to a bowl of water and ice for 10 minutes, then dry it on a napkin.
