Rack of lamb with bulgur and vegetables

Zucchini – 2 pieces
Bell pepper – 2 pieces
Red onion – 1 piece
Cherry Tomatoes – 5-6 pieces
Dried thyme – 1 teaspoon
Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
Wheat bulgur – 175 grams
Lamb chops on the bone – 8 pieces
Zira or cumin – 1/2 teaspoon
Dried Basil – 1/2 teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Tahini sesame paste – 2 tablespoons
1 lemon juice

How to cook lamb chops with bulgur and vegetables

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Heat olive oil in a large stewpan, add chopped zucchini, peppers, red onions and cherry tomatoes, stir and fry, stirring, for about 20–25 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and brown. Sprinkle with thyme and salt to taste.

Pour 1.2 liters of water into the pan, add bulgur, put on a fire and bring to a boil. Cover the pan with a lid and
cook bulgur for 15 minutes. Drain the remaining water using a sieve.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for seasoning. Add cooked vegetables to bulgur. Stir and sprinkle with seasonings.

Lubricate the meat on the bone with olive oil, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, and salt, put on a baking sheet and bake the lamb chops in a preheated oven for 4-8 minutes
