Fricassee – white meat stew in white sauce. It is usually prepared from veal, chicken or rabbit meat. There is also pigeon meat, lamb and pork fricassee. But try making shrimp fricassee!
fresh frozen green beans – 250 gr
sour cream – 100 gr
boiled peeled shrimp – 500 gr
yolk – 1 pc..
butter – 1 tablespoon
dry mushrooms – 50 gr
How to cook fricassee
Defrost green beans on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator, wash and dry well. Cut off the tips. Boil the pods in boiling salted water, 2 min. Discard in a colander and pour over cold water. Boil the mushrooms in boiling water, 3 minutes, discard in a colander, shake well and cut into small pieces. Mushroom broth save.
Bring the broth to a boil. Reduce heat, add sour cream, butter, shrimp, beans and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add the yolk, mix again and immediately remove from heat.
