Each pastry chef will surely find a recipe for that perfect apple pie, it’s a really damn delicious dessert, despite all its unpretentious.

Wheat flour 130 gr
Sugar 150 gr
Semolina 160 gr
Baking powder or baking powder 7 g
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Butter 120 gr
Apple 5 Pieces
How to make apple pie
Mix flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder or baking powder and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
Wash apples, peel and seed boxes and rub on a coarse grater.
We cover the baking dish with baking paper or foil and grease generously with butter.
Pour some of the dry mixture to the bottom of the mold – the layer should not be too thick, and even out. Then we spread the grated apples – with a layer of approximately the same thickness, level them. Alternating layers, spread the whole dry mixture and apples, the last should be a dry layer. You should have three dry and two apple layers. Grate the butter on top.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for 45–55 minutes – the crust should become rosy.
