Poached egg – it’s always delicious! And if you add your favorite sandwich with this egg, you get a truly Sunday breakfast. The family will thank you!
INGREDIENTS
whole grain bun – 1 pc..
natural curd cheese – 2 tablespoons
salad mix: corn, spinach – to taste
 eggs – 2 pcs.
 vinegar – 2 tablespoons
 salt – 1 tablespoons
 olive oil to taste
 balsamic vinegar – to taste
 avocado – 1/2 pcs..
How to make a sandwich with avocado, curd cheese, salad and poached egg
Cut the whole-grain bun in half and fry in a dry grill pan until characteristic strips are formed.
Cook poached eggs. Pour 2 liters of water into the pan, wait until the water begins to boil. Do not allow boiling.
Break the eggs neatly into separate bowls..
Add salt and vinegar to boiling water, mix
Using a spoon, begin to intensively mix the water in a circle, thus making a funnel. Pour the first egg into the resulting funnel. Water should not boil violently, otherwise the protein will separate and poached will not work. Cook for 3 minutes, remove the egg with a slotted spoon and put on a paper towel so that excess water is absorbed.
Cook poached from the second egg.
Cut avocado, remove the stone, cut half into thin slices. Spread the prepared halves of the buns with cottage cheese, top with avocado, a mixture of salad leaves, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Put poached egg on top. Spice up. If poached is cooked correctly, then when cut, the yolk will be liquid and will drain appetizingly onto the bun.
Bon Appetit!
