Mussels with parmesan – this tasty and mouth-watering dish is prepared very quickly and will not take you much time, and the result will be excellent. Bon Appetit!
Ground black pepper – to taste
Salt to taste
Garlic – 4 cloves
Parsley – 20 gr
Parmesan Cheese – 100 gr
Butter – 20 gr
Olive oil – 50 ml
Mussels in halves of the wings – 1 kg
How to cook mussels with cheese
Rinse and peel the mussels well.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley and grated Parmesan, just a little salt and pepper – to taste.
Grease the mussels with a mixture of olive oil, garlic, parsley and parmesan and send to fry in a red-hot oven – 200 degrees. As soon as the cheese starts to melt, and the butter tries to boil, remove the mussels from the heat and put on a dish (do not overdo the mussels in the oven! As soon as the cheese is melted, take it out). It’s good to have time to serve them until the melted cheese hardens again.
