Making chocolate truffles is easy enough. Sweets make them look like real truffles that grow around the roots of trees in France and Italy. Bon Appetit!
Ingredients
Dark Chocolate – 150 grams
Fat cream (35%) – 70 milliliters
Powdered Sugar – 2 Tbsp
Vanilla essence – 0.5-1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder for sprinkling – 3 tablespoons
How to Make Chocolate Truffles
Finely chop and melt bitter chocolate in a water bath.
Bring the powdered sugar to 90C
Pour the chocolate with hot cream and stir until a homogeneous chocolate cream is obtained..
Add vanilla essence and mix again..
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 40-60 minutes.
Spoon a little chilled ganache and form small balls.
When all the chocolate balls are ready, put the dish with truffle blanks in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Sift cocoa powder on a board and roll truffles in it.
Store truffles in a refrigerator in an airtight container.
