How to cook steak
Beef Tenderloin – 200 gr
Olive oil with garlic and thyme – 10 gr
Cherry Potato – 150 gr
Butter – 10 gr
Garlic – 5 gr
Parsley – 2 gr
Sea salt – 1 gr
Fresh rosemary – 2 gr
Grease the pre-processed beef tenderloin with olive oil infused with garlic and thyme, then grill for 1 minute on each side, put the “fried” meat on the cold grill for 15 to 20 minutes, then bring the meat to the necessary frying in a preheated oven with temperature 150 C.
Wash, peel and boil potatoes in half-salted water with the addition of fresh bay leaves and shallots. Then fry the potatoes in a saucepan with a thick bottom in butter, add crushed garlic, fresh parsley leaves 1 minute before being ready.
For serving: put beef steak on a hot plate, next to cherry tomatoes, potatoes – garnish with a sprig of rosemary, sprinkle with sea salt.
Separately serve: fresh tomatoes mashed with garlic and cilantro.
