The German brand Escada celebrates its 40th anniversary this year. This is also unobtrusively reminiscent of the new spring-summer 2017 Escada collection: the silhouettes of the seventies era in it are clearly not accidental. But the color palette chosen by the creative director of the brand Daniel Wingate clearly calls us for a safari to Africa: striped dresses and tops are made in a “spicy” color scheme, and floral prints and shades of scorched desert, lush greenery and a cloudless sky “painted” loose blouses , “Slid” from one shoulder, wide culottes, cloaks and dresses. The highlight of the collection were two leather cardigans: light brown – as if woven from stripes – and black – also with the effect of weaving and fringe along the edges.
