Balmain spring-summer 2017

“Gold and wealth” is what Olivier Rusten called his new Balmain spring-summer 2017 collection. Among the decorations reminiscent of the Amazonian forests, models in long chiffon dresses, striking with their sophisticated cut, multi-layering, plenty of draperies and the number and depth of cut-outs, fashioned. For this series, the designer chose muted shades: cognac, terracotta, swamp, olive. Designer combined flowing fabrics with leather straps, shiny tops and massive metal jewelry. Chiffon was replaced by silk and suede, and then python skin, appeared orange, bright blue and green color – Balmain beauties were very dangerous!
