Tuna steak on the Moroccan

Vegetable oil 150 g

Garlic cloves 3

Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

Paprika ½ teaspoon minced

Parsley chopped 10g

How to cook a tuna steak

1.Sdelat puree of parsley and garlic, add lemon juice and paprika, using a blender, pouring in gradually thin stream of olive oil

2. Pour 2/3 of the steak cooked sauce and cover with cling film, put away for half an hour to marinate in the cold

3. Remove excess marinade with fish, add salt and fry in a pan with hot oil on one side for 4 minutes and then 2 minutes on the other side.

4. When serving pour the remaining steak sauce, served with a side dish of vegetables.
