Trifle of brownie with raspberries and cream

This dessert can be made in a matter of minutes, if you have the cream, ice cream, fruit, and brownies ready. But those who have the time can bake brownies for our recipe. Bon Appetit!


For brownies

1/2 cup flour
250g dark chocolate
150g butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons brandy (optional)

2 cups raspberries (you can use frozen berries)
160 ml 35% fat cream
250 ml of chocolate ice cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cocoa

How to make Brownie Trifle of raspberry and cream

Cut the butter into small pieces,Break the chocolate. Put the butter and chocolate in a saucepan and melt over medium heat, without boiling. Remove the mixture from the heat and pour in the brandy and stir. Cool.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar and salt into a light foam and mix with the cooled chocolate mixture. Sift in the flour mixture with baking powder and stir quickly.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Oil the baking dish size 20x20 cm, pour the batter and smooth the surface with a spatula. Bake for 20 min., Until the cake will not-baked edges and a slight trembling middle. Allow to cool in the form, brownies settle slightly, then remove them from the mold and cut into small cubes.
Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form and set aside a little to decorate the dessert.
