Scrambled eggs with prawns in a cream sauce

Baked eggs with shrimp in cream sauce is delicious and hearty breakfast.
Ingredients - 4 servings

Eggs 8 pieces
Cream 30% -s' ¼ cup
Butter 70 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Peeled shrimp 20 pieces
Sour cream 35 g
Madera 50g

How to cook eggs with shrimp

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Small portions baking dish greased with oil inside and put on a baking sheet.
