Sesame tahini paste - 2 tablespoons

How to cook lamb chops with bulgur and vegetables

Preheat oven to 200 ° C. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil, put sliced ​​zucchini, peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes, stir and cook, stirring occasionally, about 20-25 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and begin to brown. Sprinkle with thyme and season with salt to taste.

Pour into a pan of 1,2 liters of water, pour the bulgur, put on fire and bring to a boil. Cover the pan with a lid and
