Very simple and at the same time very tasty dish. Classic and very useful side dish for pork - sauerkraut or braised cabbage.
Pork meat (steak Natural Bone) - 4 pieces
Apple red big - 4 pieces
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Apple cider or dry white wine - 180 ml
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
Young Spinach - 1 bunch
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
How to Cook - Pork with Apples
Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Apples clean from seeds, cut into thin slices.
In a deep pan Put the apples, sprinkle with chopped sage, pour 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, stir, bake for 10 minutes.
In a frying pan heat the remaining oil. Season the pork with salt and pepper and fry in a frying pan over high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Put the meat in the pan fried to apples, bake all together for another 5-6 minutes.
Prepare the sauce. In the same pan, add the wine or cider and ginger, if desired, you can add 1 teaspoon of red balsamic vinegar, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve the pork with apples, spinach and pour the sauce.
