2 garlic cloves

pepper 2 pcs.

red wine 200ml

How to cook pork tenderloin with plums and sweet pepper
Pork cut into small pieces, lightly beat off. Garlic finely chopped, onion cut into rings. Fold all on a plate and season with salt and pepper. Close the lid and remove the dough to cool for 1 hour.
Sweet pepper cut into slices ofplums, remove the stones. Pork fry until golden brown and remove to a plate. In the same pan brown the onions, add pepper and plum, cook 3 minutes. Return the meat to the pan, pour the wine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 10 minutes.
