Pasta with Bolognese sauce

In this recipe, you will learn how to cook deliciouspasta with bolognese sauce - a traditional dish of Italian cuisine. beef, 400 gr
tomatoes, 250 gr
pasta, 200 gr (spaghetti or any other)
onion, 150 gr
garlic, 2 cloves
wine (red) 3 tablespoons
tomato paste, 2 tablespoons
sugar, 1 teaspoon
basil (dried)

How to cook pasta with bolognese sauce

Finely chop the onion and garlic in a blender chop tomatoes.
Stuffing put in a pan with a little oil and fry until tender over medium heat.

Put in a pan to mince garlic and onion and fry for 3 minutes, add to the tomatoes and tomato paste, parsley, red wine and sugar, well mix and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then the sauce cover and simmer on lowest heat for another 15 minutes.

In salted water boil until cooked spaghetti, drain, discard them in a colander, then put back in the pan and drizzle with olive oil.

Spread spaghetti on a plate and ready to pour sauce bolognese, handing over to the table.
Sprinkle spaghetti with bolognese sauce with grated cheese - will be even better!
