The classic way to prepare the famousworld Italian dishes - lasagna. If you want to cook lasagna for classic recipe, the important thing is what we must remember that the traditional lasagna - are special sheets for lasagne, minced meat and bechamel sauce. It is the classic version of cooking lasagna we describe in this recipe.

500g minced meat
400 ml meat / vegetable / chicken broth
300g lasagna sheets
40 ml dry vermouth
2 cloves garlic
1 carrot and onion
5 tbsp olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste or tomato in own juice
black pepper, salt
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
How to cook a classic lasagna
For the bechamel sauce in a small saucepan melt the butter, add flour, stir, fry it, then pour the milk, salt the sauce and heat, stirring, letting it thicken.
Fill the prepared sauce nutmeg, stir and cover with lid or cling film, that it is not covered with a crust.
Chop and fry in olive oil with onionsgarlic, add grated on a coarse grater carrots, fry together for another 7-10 minutes, put the minced meat and fry for 3-5 minutes, pour the vermouth or red wine, stir, evaporate the alcohol.
Add to the minced meat with vegetables tomatoes in their own juice or tomato paste, pour the broth, and season with salt the herbs, stir and put out all 25 minutes.
Remove the finished stew from heat, let cool slightly.
Rub on a coarse grater cheese, put in the form2-3 tablespoons baking sauce and leveled it at the bottom of the form, put on top of several sheets of lasagna - how many will get to the bottom of them was closed completely.
On the first layer of lasagna sheets lay 2ladle minced meat with vegetables on top - a little bechamel sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with another layer of lasagne sheets, pour over meat and vegetables, bechamel sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and so has not yet run out of food.
The last layer of lasagna sheets cover only bechamel sauce and grated cheese, put the lasagna cooked in preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Ready to get the lasagna from the oven and serve immediately or 1 hour after cooking - so it will be easier to cut into portions.
