6 large eggs
4 strips of bacon
2 slices white bread
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
100 gr. butter

How to cook the eggs Benedict

Sauce - In a small saucepan, bring to a boilVinegar and lemon juice and boil until the mixture, separate the yolks of two eggs from proteins. Season the egg yolks with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and whisk as well. Continuing to whisk, gently pour a thin stream of vinegar and lemon juice, then in the same saucepan, melt the butter. Again, start whisking, and very slowly, little by little, pour butter.

Make toasts of white bread and fry the bacon. Bring to boiling salted water in a wide pan, add a little vinegar in it and break the eggs into the water. In order to achieve the best results, eggs should be as fresh, and the water should not boil heavily.
