Duck in orange sauce is obtained juicy and very soft meat and delicious taste.

Dry white wine 175ml

Chicken broth 175 mL

How to cook a duck in orange sauce
Fillet with salt and season with pepper and leavemarinate. With two oranges carefully remove the peel (no white pulp). Of all the oranges to extract the juice.
