Burger for breakfast

Breakfast time - prepare delicious and tasty burger!
Ingredients for burgers:

Pork meat (beef) - 500 g
Bacon - 8 pieces
Egg average - 4 pieces
Mushrooms - 150 grams
Onion - 0.5 pieces
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Parsley - 3 tablespoons

To apply:
Buns flat - 2 pieces
Salt - to taste
Freshly ground pepper - to taste

How to cook a burger

Finely chop the onion. Cut buns in half.
In a large skillet heat the oil and fry the mushrooms 5 minutes until soft. Transfer to a large bowl.
For the mushrooms, add the onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, ground meat, parsley, salt and pepper, mix everything very well.
Divide beef into 4 parts, each shape of a flat burger. Grill the burgers in a skillet over medium heat for 15-18 minutes, turning occasionally.
Fry the bacon until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towel. Beat the eggs in an empty pan, fry to protein seized, and the yolk remains liquid. Serve burgers, top with bacon and egg.
